Self-guided Meditation: In This Moment
Breathe in - say to yourself, “In this moment, I choose Love”.
Breathe out - say to yourself, “I release this moment”.
As you release the moment, do not try to hold onto anything you saw, felt, or knew from the previous moment. Allow it all to release.
Repeat for at least 5 minutes.
*Substitute “Love” with Peace, Joy, Power, Strength, Abundance, Wisdom, Vision, Compassion, Forgiveness…
